DUROSTICK DS-250
Polished cement mortar for floors and walls
The DS-250 pressed cement mortar by Durostick, is recommended for applications on horizontal or vertical, interior or exterior surfaces made of concrete, plaster, plasterboard, cement board and several other substrates, after appropriate preparation. It has a special formula that permits the development of structures such as tables, built-in beds, washbasins, showers, planters, steps, gardens and any other application on traditional or modern byildings that require a unique character.
For applications on thin coats up to 3mm, on floors that receive high stresses for example, it is recommended that the mass of the mortar is added with reinforcing polymer resin in powder form resin powder by Durostick. Add 500gr of Resin Powder in 25kg (1 bag) of pressed cement mortar to drastically increase the mechanical strength of top surface.
Similarly, we recommend using Resi Powder in restoration projects, adding to pressed cement mortar on old tiles and mosaic, after these are primed with acrylic quartz primer DS-255 by Durostick.
DUROSTICK DS-252 FLEX
Elastic pressed cement screed for walls and floors.
The elastic pressed cement screed DS-252 flex of Durostick, can be used on floors and walls, in interior and exterior surfaces made of concrete and plaster as well as on lightweight constructions made from plaster boards primed with Solvent Primer or Aquafix by Durostick and cement boards, after appropriate preparation and priming takes place.
High elasticity of this product, allows for its use to ultra-demanding applications, ones on which this has not been likely until now.
Flooring with under floor heating, floors and walls subject to vibrations, loft floors, floors made from marine plywood, or meticulously cleaned sheet metal surfaces on the condition they are primed with Quartz Primer, DS-255 by Durostick, terraces and balconies exposed to adverse weather conditions, are some of the applications DS-252 flex can successfully tackle.
